You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any opened product packs. If the product is unopened, you may request a return within the 3-day window, subject to the terms below.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Please ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as it was received.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.

7. International Orders

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. Returns and refunds are not applicable for international orders.

  • Opened product packs cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Items purchased outside the eligible return window (after 3 days of receipt) are also non-returnable.
